今天是我爸爸的生日，所以想对他说一声
“生日快乐”。
学校假期好像驾驶飞快的一辆跑车，来的快，也去的快。其实我认为人生也是这样，来匆匆，去匆匆。我们是无法让时间停下来，更不知道明天的好坏。所以我们还是好好珍惜今天的一切，好好珍惜自己的生命，让这一生过得多姿多彩！

昨天（16／5／2009），我与家人到维多利亚剧院（Victoria Theatre)　去看儿童歌舞剧《我是第一名》。这是我的第一次，所以我真的有点期待。果然真的很有趣！我们还和主要演员一起拍照，不错吧？

School Holidays loh!!!!
So happy that I can finally relax a bit now!
Today I went to buy Secondary 3 books,what you know!
学校一个人也没有！
由于校内正在举行考试，又加上今天的天气不太好，所以没有人来买书。
但这也好，没人买书也方便许多。。。
这样一买也得算百的，贵是贵了一点，但是这些书得用两年，所以挺值得。哈！

Today,incident happened and IT fell on me so hard that I may not forget it in the following years. It is private and I cannot open it up.I was stunned upon hearing thus incident, not those meeting with any car accident. It does not concern my family, relatives or friends. I totally have prepared but I was unable to control my broken-heart-emotions and I let out a huge and loud cry. My mother cannot help but can just comfort me to sentences. She told me things that I should apply it in my life......

人要经得起考验才会成长。
A person have to go through challengers and difficulties to grow up and be more matured......

Today is X-Country and everyone were running with all their mights.It was truly impressive to see Beattyians with good academic and sportsmanship.From my point of view,I feel that it is important to have such events like this X-country as there are many reasons behind it.Firstly,it is important because this event can pull the relationships between fellow Beattyians more closely and bond everyone together.For example,I could not have taken the 13th position is not my junior had 'push' me along.She mentally supported me and let me feel that I should continue to run.Her encouraging words like 'go go go' and 'just run la' make me think deeply that I have to run.I know it is a bit funny but this is a serious matter.I perhaps should 'thank' the lovely junior.Secondly,it trains our body to adapt to more challenging events.One very outstanding teacher had ran the entire 3.4 km path in 10 minutes time.We all were startled to see that he had ran faster than young people like ourselves.I think that it is significance that we build strong body and adapt to such events in order to complete more difficult yet tiring challenges.

Today going back Malaysia and everything is going to be FINE.All stress gone for 3 days.Next week will be worst.Monday,Thursday and Friday got school activities and cannot BREATHE!Later,the class want to organise a BBQ which we had organised before in the March holidays.It will be next week.I don't know whether I am going or not because I don't know if I need go back Malaysia or go back to school.I so troubled.Why is this June holidays making me a crazy and sad woman in Singapore.Why can't I find some happiness in Singapore.Only when I am in Malaysia,the stress will temporary go off and still return back when in Singapore?The last week of May and second week if June I have been alone with my father.No mother beside you is so terrible.You will feel very troubled and lonely.So everyone must treasure your mother's relationship with you.=)

4/3 was the 6th council investiture.It was quite successful,though.4/4 was the band concert.Oh it was successful,too.But it was a tiring day after all.I had to wear high heels and I was given a job which I had to do it alone,all by myself-given out the 'menu' of the band concert.My toes hurt after I went home.Till today 6/4,they hurt too.=)

Reflection:
I felt very tired upon returning home.I starting packing everything.Though I was tires,the camp was an unforgettable and fun one.The trainers had taken time to plan,organise and carry out all the activities.The Secondary 2 teachers came along with us and one of the worst thing was my teacher got food poisoning.
That was bad.I liked to play the activities like the 'flying fox'.I did not get to play as I was number '15',After the number '14' played,there was not enough time. Therefore I did not play.However,I got to know the different feeling fro my friends.The 'rock climbing' was excellence.I climbed up to the most top and the feeling was great.I was scared in the first place but perseverance is important.I heard my friends cheering for me and I climbed up to the top.One of the stations was the 'line crossing'.It was scary but interesting.The night walk was not frightening.We opened our eyes and walked in the Bukit Timah Hill.I was the first one and the feeling was fun.The place where the Japanese bombed was truly amazing.It had a nice scenery and the stars could be seen very clearly.The bonding games were not too bad.When we did one of them,one of my friend fell out accidentally and hurt.Her right palm's was bleeding.Small part of the skin dropped out and it was bleeding vigorously.Hence,the entire group apologised to her and also teared masking tape to stick on our right palm.This was to feel the pain she was sufferingWe got to jumped the skipping rope and the whole group got to jump.During the Bukit Timah hike,we helped one another to go through the forest.The campfire was fun and the trainers and everyone said 2E3 shouted the loudest.The last day we had to do area cleaning.The bothe rooms were swept by me alone and it was tiring.However,it was fun.Mr Lee said that those teams that would not be receiving prize,did not need to worry.We are also a winner in ourselves.He said that one had to be 'others-minded',not self-centred.I think that this camp was an memorable one and hope to go again!

Oooooo...Come back from Malaysia le!So fun.But because got CCA,I must come back earlier.If not more fun for me.Oh yeah,9/3/2008,my mother side ordered a VIP room and we went there to celebrate my grandfather's birthday.

There,a couple stood at the doorway and welcomed the guests and relatives.Obviously not us.The place was not what I expected.It's nice!!And the food also not too bad.The services are good.There is a set of singing system provided.Everything was just great.We also took another family photo,which I will be putting up very soon.

I am going to end here.Still got holiday work undone.Hehe...

Thursday is Sports Day and it is raining.It was quite difficult to run in the rain and I was very scared that I would fall down...(Heart pumping...)Seriously it very very challenging.The 'FISHER' house's participants were only Secondary One...They came in first.We...haha...3rd.We could actually get 2nd,but never mind.I regret now also no use already...(Sigh)My fault,never train,then go to the stadium unprepared.Will train harder...

Today,the subject fest is on.Many Secondary Two were in the school.First we listened to Mr. Boo talking about how parents can help their children achieve what subjects they want.Then the PSG announcement and 'tour' the booths in the hall.All about the subjects available in Secondary 3.

Today is the start of March holiday.Yeppie!...Yeah!

Tests are coming very soon.Slowly,I feel so pressurised and cannot have the energy to talk to my friends.The class's bahavour today was just too bad.During art lesson,everyone talked and talked among themselves and turned a deaf ear to the teacher.The teacher cannot really shout and I have been shouting to the class to ask them to keep quiet.They could not hear meMaybe my voice is almost gone tomorrow.So disappointed with the class.It is not the boys talking much and is is the girls.However,(not available to say their names),played with the chairs throughout.I went to them and just wanted them to seat down but they treated me as invisible.So angry.

Today,I have learnt many things from the trip to see the Total Defence gallery.I learnt how to deal with things around us and where to get help when danger is approaching.The booth on Civil Defence is fun and I liked the part when we have to splash the cones till it topples.Before the amazing race,I do not really understand what the instructor is saying about the instrutions and I think the others are not clear too.This is because when they give us only 20 minutes to finish and say that we can do it,everyone look at her nervously.At the start,everybody was in a mess and are running in all directions.However,when we are gathered back at the treatre,She said that many have finshed the four stations.Although our class have not completed the task yet,,we felt that the amazing race is interesting,yet challenging.The whole programme is quite a success and I hope to go there again if there's a chance!=)

Chinese New Year is approaching.Yeppies!
So eager to go back hometown faster.It would be so fun.HONGBAO!!!!!The Art teacher,Ms. Zhang asked us to find out more about the Asian Flavours.I thought it was for the sake of fun.But it was not.My friend even asked if it was History or Science lesson.But it was the Art lesson!=)

The Geography project is not done yet,about 25% is done.Fortunately.The subject test is round the corner.The Maths test is next Monday 28/1 and The Geography test is next Tuesday 29/1.tests are coming my way.I feel like I am 25% cannot breathe.Ahhhhh.Save me!

Today.I went to school.Forgotten to bring English book(Writing Rites) and Chinese exercise books.My Literature and English Teacher Ms. Choo was very good.I told her that I did not bring The Book and she immediately say,"oh,you can share with your friend.Class,those who did not bring the book can share."I think this kind of teacher has already extincted long time ago loh!

The Geography teacher,Mrs Koh,assigned us to do the AMA(alternate mode of assessment).We were allowed to choose any 1 out of the 10 chapters to do some research.It seems to be fun.

All Sec 2 councillors(including mii) were wearing the council badge today.So strange looking!

Today, ok can be counted as quite lucky or unlucky la.My class has one Yee Lynn and Lee Ling.The teacher needed to choose 1 monitor,1 assis. monitor,1 secretary,1 treasurer,1 welfare and 1 welfare.

Other classmates want to vote for Yee Lynn,so they told the teacher.The teacher was looking for the name in the class list but she was looking at the top names.(As I am no. 10 and Yee Lynn is no. 2-,I was afraid that the teacher would write MY name.)

Great, count myself lucky, the teacher WROTE my name.Soooooo as what I thought.Everyone discussed on voting(sabo) me.So like that became the CLASS ASSIS. MONITOR.

Today, the principle, Mr Boo, talked about all kinds of incidents that the newspaper had reported. Some were accidents and he also claimed that a girl in a pictures was her girlfriend!

One was about a drunken 19 years old boy driving a 22 years old man to a place.They met an accident and the 22 years old man flew out of the car and dead.The driver was caught red-handed.

One was about the countdown party around esplanade.There were police patrolling the area to avoid people doing crimes.After the party was over,hundreds of cleaners were cleaning up the areas.They concluded that there were lots of litter on the ground.Despite of knowing about litter bins were everywhere,citizens continued to litter on the ground.Mr Boo taught that Singapore is a clean and green city,but when litters were everywhere,Singapore is no longer called clean and green.Others think that Singapore is a beautiful country with little litters on the ground but upon coming here,litters are the ones that first greeted them.I think Singaporeans were quite irresponsible at that time.Therefore everyone should work as one and play a part so as to maintain the country's cleanliness.

My seniors were Justin and Joey.They guided my group along the entire camp.They were friendly.Many games needed us to blindfold ourselves actually.Before any game starts,seniors reminded us repeatedly that SAFETY FIRST.They all put in effort to allow the camp to run smoothly.Many graduated Beatty councillors also came back to school to help run the camp.We obvisely tried our best to have fun.I am not here in Singapore untill Christmas,so do not call my home number.Call my handphone.Thanks.

Have you seen these kind of goose?yes?No?Well,I have to met them almost everyday in my grandparent's house in Malaysia.My grandparent's house has a combination of two double-storey houses and we have to go from one place to another through a small 'tunnel'.Outside, there is a small piece of land that grows big plants and these geese.There is also one famous tree in the house and it is the mango tree.Why leh?Because it is now already at least two storeystall.Everytime my family goes back to hometown,my father would use a long pole with a hook at one end to pluck down the riped mangoes.Later,the maid would cut the mangoes and they would be in our stomachs very rapidly.How i wish December holidays can come in a blink of an eye. (sigh)

　　赞美与批评的孩子是所有的父母都应该作的事。当孩子在某些方面有所成就时，父母会赞美他们。但如果孩子作错时，身为父母的就必须批评与纠正他们的错误。当然，父母也不可以全是赞美或只有批评。如果只有赞美，孩子就会活在自以为是的生活中，不求上进。相反地，如果只有责骂和批评，孩子就有可能讨厌父母，不想与父母沟通。
　　我同意报章上那位年青人的看法，认为父母对待孩子不但要严肃也要体谅他们。这样在孩子们的生活过程中，就明白什么应该做的，什么要不应该做的。

These two days, I went for my swimming lessons. It have been raining for the past few days and the water is very cold. When I touched the surface of the water, I was starting to shiver. These days, I have been quite busy that I do not have much time on tying my journey. Friday I went for my school camp till Saturday. I played games like (ice breaker and earthquake).My classmates and I enjoyed ourselves a lot. We stayed overnight and went to the next morning. In fact, I learnt many things like the school motto (Non Vi Sed Arte), the school values (5cs: creative, confidence, commitment, compassion, character) and of course the school mission and vision. 最近，父亲毒死三个儿子再与妻自杀的家庭悲剧，引起各界关注。在《只有父亲的错？》的文章里，报道说在大耳窿方面有问题。原因是有财政困难的老百姓会不小心，而向大耳窿举债。如果他们欠的数目不小，又不安（按）时还钱，大耳窿就用一些逼债手法，令老百姓受苦。再说，大耳窿现在是无所不在，无孔不入，百姓们都要处处防范。

　　在《全是“大耳窿”的错？》的文章里，我本身不认为完全都是“大耳窿”的错。大多数的百姓因为好赌成性而欠下赌债。这还能怪谁哪？当然是老百姓的错啦！所以老百姓们不要赌，对自己有害无意（益）。

　　其实，父亲与大耳窿都有错，不能只怪其中一个。老百姓如果赌博，他的未来将会很苦。

今天，我到小舅舅家看家具，一切还不错！：）不久，我们就回家了。

中午，天气炎热，舅舅提议带弟弟、表妹三姐弟和舅舅的孩子与我到他公寓的游泳池游泳。大家一口就答应了，但是，表妹和表弟不能去，所以我、弟弟、舅舅和他的孩子去而已。我们准备了东西就出发了。到了游泳池后，我们换了游泳衣，就跳下水去。不久，我们累了，决定回家。我们换了衣服，就回家了。

　　晚上，阿公请大家到鸿华酒家吃一顿好的。大家换了美丽的衣服，便出发了。大家到了酒家，都饿了。食物一上桌，大家都吃得津津有味。舅舅一开音乐，表妹和表弟都要拿麦克风唱歌。我本来不想唱的，因为爸爸要我有胆量，所以我就唱。最后，我们都唱得不亦乐乎。过了一两个小时后，我们才带着依依不舍的心情回家去。

今天，外婆家进行了大扫除，而且大扫除才刚刚结束呢！

　　开始时，我、爸爸、妈妈和外婆打理妈妈的房间。他们把房间里的东西搬到客厅去；我则拿吸尘机把灰尘吸进里面。

　　我们同样的，把外婆和舅公房里的物件都搬了出来。过后，我们再清理那两间房间。

　　不久，我就拿了一块抹布把窗口和门擦一擦。到了尾声，爸爸把地上抹干净。大扫除就这样结束了。

　　过后，我休息了一下，到外面浇花。当妈妈吩咐我去冲凉时，我立即冲进屋子里，拿了毛巾，就去冲凉。冲了凉后，我感觉很凉爽，像下了一场大雨后。这真是很有意义的一天。J

这几天，我都在看电视和玩耍，有时会背书。

　　今天早上，爸爸要我背书（三字经）和看报纸上的文章。我听后读了一次其中的一篇文章，但是我不了解文章的要点。于是，爸爸要我再读一次，但是我还是不能说出要点。所以，爸爸要我读第三遍。最后，我读了第四次后，才对那篇文章有了了解，就解释给爸爸听。我就把要点讲出来，爸爸问了我一些问题，一直在旁边监督我。我再读了一篇文章，同样的，我把要点画出来，讲给爸爸听。

　　我最后还被爸爸打了一顿，真是痛死人啊！我真活该，下次不敢了！:（

（爸爸按：李泠李洋多天没做功课、看书，今天要他们开始写日记，李泠竟闹脾气，趴在桌上哭和踢椅子，是可忍孰不可忍，过去狠狠给她两鞭！然后一切照指示进行。很久没有鞭这两个小子了。）

一次难忘的旅游

　　去年假期，我们一家人到中国游玩。这是一个令我非常怀念的旅游。

　　话说那天，我们到了上海浦东飞机场后，感到有点寒冷,便把寒衣穿上。一辆旅游巴士来到机场，把我们载到酒店去。在旅游巴士上，我们认识了同样来自新加坡的旅客和带领我们的当地导游。他姓张，所以我们就叫他“小张”。
　
　　抵达酒店后，我们先回房间休息。突然，弟弟摸了摸额头，感到有点儿不舒服，便立刻告诉妈妈。妈妈赶快把带来的退烧药给弟弟喝。服了药后，弟弟便睡着了。第二天，他感到烧已经退了一些，但人还是不舒服。

　　第二天开始，我们在导游小张的带领下，去了杭州、苏州、无锡和南京游玩。我们到杭州的西湖看风景、喝龙井茶；在苏州参观园林、买蚕丝被；在无锡游蠡湖、买珍珠；在南京看历史悠久的城墙和中山陵。但是，弟弟的病并没有好，一路玩，一路闹情绪。差不多四天后，妈妈与我也开始生病了。爸爸只好一直到药房去买药给我们吃。

　　幸好，到了第六天，我们都痊愈了，但我们的旅游也到了尾声，同团的其他团友也都回新加坡了。不过，我们一家人决定在上海多逗留一个星期。在这个星期里，爸爸带我们到处游玩，真是令人开心。

　　就这样，两个星期过去了，我们带着愉快的心情，依依不舍的回到了新加坡。

今天，我到小舅舅的新家去帮忙打扫。我拿了一块抹布，然后抹桌椅。刚好，邻居的儿子来舅舅帮忙。大家帮了一会儿。我和邻居的儿子一起玩球。过后再继续　　打理整间家。到了十点半后，我们就回家。舅舅原本要我和弟弟在他家过夜，但我们都拒绝了。原因是我们有一点小胆，不敢在人家过夜。哈哈！：）
